RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle payments and gratuities make change and process all transactions through Sky Tab System accurately
- Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu beverages and current promotions
- Ensure all opening closing procedures are completed shift dependent
- Maintain set and explicit tables as required location dependent
- Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

- Smart Serve Serving It Right or equivalent required

ABILITIES ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE





- Previous customer service experience food & beverage experience preferred
- Outgoing positive and team orientated
- Fast and accurate handling of payments and gratuities through a POS system Sky Tab preferred
- Working and accurate knowledge of basic math
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours evenings & weekends
- Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
