Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are properly stocked and labeled
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with customers using phone etiquette and active listening skills to address questions or concerns

Qualifications





- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to perform basic technology tasks including POS systems and product demos
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse customer base
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Positive attitude with solid phone etiquette and customer service orientation
