:

- Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and qualified manner
- Picking up and dropping off customers according to appointments and schedules
- Recording all customer pickups and drop-offs using the Service Pick Up Form
- Notifying Service Advisors of vehicle concerns or required repairs
- Reporting maintenance needs as identified
- Completing accident reports for any incidents and ensuring management sign-off
- Taking photos of any pre-existing damage and completing damage reports upon vehicle return
- Transporting customers, vehicles, packages, and dealership materials as required
- Inspecting courtesy and shuttle vehicles before and after shifts, including lights, brakes, windshield wipers, tire pressure, mileage, fuel levels, and any damage
- Cleaning and maintaining vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Demonstrating behaviours consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
