Job Role: Change Management Analyst

5 days Onsite in a week

Must Have:

- Direct experience in change facilitation
- Experience developing change management deliverables, including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, and Communication Strategy and Plans
- Experience developing effective communication materials for stakeholders
- Experience developing and delivering training materials including documentation, computer-based training modules and training videos.
- Experience developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience gathering requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases or scenarios, business analysis, and business process modeling.
- Experience working within digital transformation initiatives at the Government.
