Child Care Centre Supervisor (Maternity Leave Cover) Step into a leadership role with a purpose! This is a Maternity Leave position with an anticipated start date of November 1, 2026 expected to continue through November 2027 , with the possibility of extension.

Wage: $28.50 per hour Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday – Friday.

Team Leadership: Mentor and support program staff through onboarding, supervision, and performance management. You’ll lead staff meetings and foster a positive, collaborative culture. Build effective relationships with parents and caregivers, involving them in decision-making and creating care plans that meet each child’s unique needs.

Operational Management: Oversee enrollment targets, financial reporting, and facility maintenance in collaboration with our administrative teams.

Education: ECE Diploma and valid BC Early Childhood Registry Certificate. Ability to be approved as a Licensed Manager by CCFL within 30 days of hire.

Experience: 2+ years in a Licensed Child Care Facility with proven experience supervising a team. proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel); Valid First Aid/CPR (CCFL approved) and a clear Criminal Record Check.
