Cleaning and Housekeeping Manager

Employment: Full-time/ Contract The RoleAt One Health Clubs, exceptional hospitality is evident in every detail. We are seeking a leader who takes pride in creating a club that is immaculate, welcoming, and consistently prepared for our members. You will set the standard for cleanliness across the entire club and ensure those standards are maintained at multiple locations.

What You’ll Lead

- Recruit, train, schedule, and coach the housekeeping team, setting clear expectations for service, appearance, and performance.
- Establish cleaning standards, documented procedures, inspection routines, and reliable coverage across all shifts and locations.
- Maintain exceptional presentation throughout locker rooms, washrooms, studios, fitness areas, common spaces, and staff areas.
- Oversee laundry and manage the inventory of all locker room and cleaning supplies, purchasing, and departmental budgets.
- Manage overnight cleaning, pool and spa maintenance, and other service contractors; inspect their work and address gaps promptly.
- Maintain safety training and emergency readiness,



track maintenance issues on provided management platforms, and report on quality and performance.

What You Bring

- 10+ years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, premium clubs, facilities, or a comparable service environment, including substantial team leadership.
- A proven ability to build reliable teams and uphold high standards across multiple locations and extended operating hours.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, inventory, cleaning procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
- A genuine commitment to exceptional member service.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
