Centre, a division of Clearpoint Health Network is recruiting for a Temporary Nurse Manager - Perioperative Clearpoint Health Network is seeking a Temporary Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership at our New Westminster Surgical Centre. If you naturally step up, support your colleagues, solve problems, take initiative and are ready to take greater accountability, this could be the leadership opportunity you've been waiting for. The assignment is temporary, with potential for extension based on operational requirements.

Lead, coach and support nursing and clinical staff. Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance and day-to-day operational needs. Support patient safety, quality improvement, infection prevention and accreditation requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable BC regulatory and professional standards. Support recruitment,



onboarding and staff development.

Experience in an OR, perioperative, ambulatory surgical or comparable clinical environment.

Formal Nurse

Manager experience is an asset, but not required. We encourage nurses who have demonstrated leadership through roles such as Charge Nurse, Clinical Resource, preceptor, mentor, project lead or quality improvement initiatives to apply. This assignment is a chance to build valuable leadership experience, develop your management skills and discover whether clinical leadership is the right next step for you — while making a direct impact on patient care, staff experience and centre operations.
