The Position: The Commercial Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Sales and commercial teams. This role helps ensure sales processes, systems, reporting, and resources are effectively maintained, enabling the Sales team to operate efficiently and remain focused on customer and business priorities. Working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and other internal teams, the Coordinator supports sales reporting, CRM administration, sales tools and resources, commercial initiatives, and marketing activities while helping maintain accurate and timely information across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
- Assist with sales-related requests and coordinate appropriate follow-up with internal departments.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
- Support the coordination of customer programs,
sales initiatives, promotions, and other commercial activities.
- Assist with sales onboarding by coordinating access to appropriate tools, systems, resources, and training materials.
- Provide backup support to the Trial & Evaluation (T&E;) process for the Sales team. Support the Samples and marketing material processes directly.
- Identify opportunities to improve the organization and efficiency of sales support processes.
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives as required.
CRM, Sales Data & Reporting
- Support consistent CRM use and adherence to established data standards and sales processes.
- Review sales data for accuracy and completeness and coordinate corrections or updates as required.
- Support Sales leadership with reporting requirements for meetings, quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Maintain sales distribution lists, territory information, and other commercial databases as required.
- Support the maintenance of accurate product-related information within the ERP and other tools. Support the product set up process with the appropriate departments
Sales Enablement & Coordination
- Coordinate and maintain sales tools, presentations, product information, customer-facing materials, and other sales enablement resources.
- Coordinate the distribution of product updates, sales communications, marketing materials, and other relevant information to the Sales team.
- Assist with the coordination and rollout of new products, sales programs, promotions, and other commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales resources and product information remain accurate and up to date.
- Support the development and maintenance of the online product education platform to facilitate ongoing learning for the Sales and Marketing teams.
Marketing & Commercial Support
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and customer communications.
- Support the development, organization, and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Coordinate conferences, trade shows, customer events, promotional materials, event supplies, and related logistics.
- Support the collection and review of product and market information to help identify trends and commercial opportunities.
- Support communication with GPO’s regarding supply chain disruption.
As an ideal candidate, you have:
- College Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- One (1) to three (3)
years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- Experience in the Healthcare, Life-Sciences, or Med-Tech industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Works well independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Duties:
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (25kg)
- Ability to travel
Working Conditions:
- Office Setting at our London Facility.
- Frequent interruptions.
- Compensation based on a regular work week of thirty-seven and one half (37.5) working hours, with additional working hours as required to meet ongoing business demands and to fulfill job responsibilities.
