Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support Maintain excellence in detail and customer service Promote team work within all departments Consistently follow up with customers on the progress of customer service related issues Process furniture warranty claims Understand,
