Interior Health in Lytton, BC is seeking an experienced Community Health Worker to join our Home Support Team at St. Bartholomew's Hospital.

You will help clients stay independent at home by assisting with personal care, daily living activities and household tasks in a respectful, patient-centered manner. The position is casual, requiring Grade 12 and a recognized Resident Care Aide/Home Support Worker program, plus a BC driver's license.
