Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist with site setup, including clearing and preparing construction areas for work
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, or loaders safely and efficiently
- Perform paving tasks to ensure smooth and durable surfaces for roads, driveways, or walkways
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Handle materials and tools with care, ensuring proper storage and organization on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines




- Support team members with various construction duties as needed to meet project deadlines

Skills

- Proven experience in construction work or related fields demonstrating familiarity with job site procedures
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively with proper certification if applicable
- Strong knowledge of paving techniques and materials used in construction projects
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor throughout the workday
- Good communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards on-site
