Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Cook. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food service, skilled in meal preparation, and committed to maintaining high standards of food safety. This role involves preparing and serving delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to all food handling regulations.

The Cook will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and supporting the overall operations of our food service establishment.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures




- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple stations as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Solid understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional attitude toward customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Food industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $17.65-$20.00 per hour
