Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the work environment.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
