Customer Project Manager

Responsible for managing high-priority customer accounts, leading key account initiatives, and overseeing the execution of complex customer orders. “Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order through planning,



execution, monitoring, and closeout. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. Facilitate meetings with both internal and external customers and project reviews.

Coordinating equipment installations with customers and the Field Service team to ensure projects are completed on time. Training new recruits and provide on-going support to peers. Serve as initial escalation point of contact for the on-call Customer Care Specialists.

Ensure alignment with safety protocols (“Safety, Quality, then Quantity”), demonstrate the accountabilities under Vidir’s Risk Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs and lead by example. Excellent organizational and collaboration skills – ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Proficient using Microsoft office Programs.
