We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to support our clients across the Tri-Cities region , including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody . Successful candidates will join our casual/contract/permanent pool , providing short-term coverage and support as needed.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
- Versatile availability , including the ability to work on short notice and adapt to different workplaces

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors/clients
- Maintain confidentiality of client information




- Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced or transition environment
