Camphouse

Toronto

Want to be the person our clients can't imagine working without?

Camphouse is growing in North & South America, and we're looking for a Customer Success Manager in Montréal to help our clients get the most out of our platform. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, build relationships based on trust, and make sure every client sees real, lasting value from working with us.

About Camphouse

Camphouse is a centralized media operations platform for complex marketing campaigns. Trusted by global brands and agencies, we bring planning, execution, tracking, and reporting together in one system, replacing scattered spreadsheets and fragmented tools with clarity, control, and collaboration. Our platform helps teams unlock their full potential, get a complete view of performance, and work more efficiently across local and global campaigns. Camphouse also uses AI‑ready data to support smarter workflows and insights as marketing evolves.

What the role is about

You'll be your clients' go-to partner: the one who understands their goals, knows how they use Camphouse, and always has an idea for how they can get more out of it. You'll report to our VP Customer Success and work alongside our global Customer Success team, as well as Sales, Product, Support, and Information Security.

What you'll be doing

Building strong client partnerships:

- Serve as the main point of contact for your clients and become their trusted advisor
- Learn their business goals and challenges inside out
- Create and follow through on success plans together with each client
- Hold regular business reviews to track progress and find new growth opportunities
- Identify opportunities to expand and upsell

Driving adoption and results:

- Help clients get up to speed and make the most of the platform
- Run and coordinate trainings with the Customer Success team
- Share best practices, market trends, and recommendations

Staying ahead of risks:

- Monitor customer health and take early action to prevent churn
- Own escalations and work across teams to resolve them quickly

Making Camphouse better:

- Bring the client's perspective into the organization and advocate for their needs
- Contribute to improving how we work in Customer Success

Protecting client data:

- Work with our Information Security and Privacy teams to meet client data protection requirements
- Guide clients on security best practices and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Keep clients informed about security updates and manage access and permissions for their accounts

About you

You have:

- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus)
- Great at building relationships and communicating clearly, including explaining technical topics to non-technical users
- Analytical and solution-oriented
- Organized enough to manage several clients and priorities at once
- Team-oriented, proactive, and focused on results
- Fluent in English; French is a plus

What's in it for you

- Competitive salary and benefits
- A portfolio of well-known brands and agencies
- A chance to help build our presence in North America
- An international team that works closely across time zones
- A fast-growing company with a strong focus on innovation and quality

? Montréal, Canada

? Contract type: Permanent, full-time
