Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. The successful candidate will assist with milking , feeding calves, harvesting, while supporting the overall operation of the farm. This role offers hands-on experience in horticulture and farm machinery operation, contributing to sustainable farming practices and crop production efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Assist with milking
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Feeding and Maintaining of calves and cattle
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment and tools
- Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks including pressure washing, hand tools
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working setting for all team members
- Keep detailed records of treatments

Qualifications





- Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and equipment operation
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in farming or agricultural work is a plus but not required; training will be provided as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
