Dental Lab Technician – 3D Printing & Clear Retainers

Quest Braces is looking for a Dental Lab Technician to join our team and work in our in-house dental lab. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with technology, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

The primary focus of this role will be using 3D printing technology and digital dental workflows to produce clear retainers and other orthodontic appliances.

What You'll Do

- Operate and maintain 3D printers used for orthodontic appliances
- Prepare digital files for printing
- Produce clear retainers and other dental/orthodontic appliances
- Work with dental models and digital scans
- Trim, finish, polish, and inspect appliances for quality
- Follow detailed specifications and quality-control procedures
- Keep the lab clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Troubleshoot basic printing and equipment issues
- Work closely with the orthodontic team to ensure appliances are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate records and follow infection-control and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
- Dental lab experience is an asset, but not required
- Experience with 3D printers or digital technology is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good hand skills and ability to work with small components
- Comfortable learning new technology and equipment




- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Previous dental or orthodontic experience is an asset

Don't have dental lab experience? That's okay! We are willing to train the right person.

Position: Dental Lab Technician

Location: Airdrie, Alberta

Job Type: Part-time

Experience: Dental lab experience preferred but not required – training provided
