Role Description The Dental Association Growth Manager role at DCAS is a full-time, hybrid position based in Toronto, ON. This role oversees daily operations, ensuring that services, projects, and member support activities are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals. The Manager will manage revenue, expansion, and the outreach pipeline, while implementing process improvements related to dental safety and compliance services.Day-to-day responsibilities include managing membership relationships, tracking performance metrics, conducting outbound outreach to secure new members, and preparing reports for leadership.
The Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, support training initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in operations, sales development, or office management, preferably within healthcare or dental settings.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a polished phone presence. Ability to speak confidently with medical professionals and corporate executives.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and objection-handling skills to drive the outreach pipeline.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, workplace safety, or quality assurance in a clinical or professional environment.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project tracking systems, and dental software).
- Ability to work in office in Toronto, ON, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
- Highly self-motivated and organized. Must be comfortable managing your own daily schedule and balancing competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, health sciences, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in dental practice administration, management, compliance, or safety programs is a strong asset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Position: Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid / Toronto Office Base)
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Performance Incentives: Milestone-based performance bonuses tied directly to monthly growth (CRA-compliant structure)

Pay: $53,200.00-$140,000.00 per year
