In this pivotal role, you will assess and manage nutrition care, focusing on individualized meal plans while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. Your contributions will ensure residents receive compassionate, protected, and personalized nutritional support to enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop specialized therapeutic menus for residents
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions




- Collaborate with team members for effective care
- Educate residents and families on nutritional health
- Monitor and manage hydration and nutrition risks Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Food and Nutrition program
- Member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario/British Columbia
- Minimum 2 years experience in Long Term Care
