The Salvation Army in Halifax is seeking a senior manager to lead the Halifax Centre of Hope Community Services Program. You will coordinate designated programs, oversee Open Arms and the volunteer program, and ensure payroll accuracy for supervised staff.

You will collaborate with community partners, manage staff through hiring, training and evaluation, and maintain safety and compliance across operations, including on-call duties for emergencies.
