Provide seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members in a specialized finance function or discipline.The Manager will collaborate with key business partners across Technology, Actuarial, Project Management, and Finance to evaluate business and system changes that may impact financial and regulatory reporting for TD Insurance.Serve as the Finance subject matter expert for business and system changes impacting TD Insurance.Collaborate with Finance Operations to assess the impact of changes on existing BAU processes.Provide financial and regulatory reporting guidance to delivery leads and project managers on interdependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions.Support change management initiatives, including training, communications, post-implementation planning, and related activities aligned with business strategy.Contribute to financial and regulatory reporting activities.Department Overview :This role reports to the Senior Manager.
