Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-organized throughout shifts.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold food safety regulations and prevent contamination.
- Help with meal service by clearing tables, delivering dishes when needed,



and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues and guests alike.
