Responsibilities

- Design and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

- Monitor children’s progress, document developmental milestones, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in team meetings for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to adapt activities to meet diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
- A caring attitude, patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners’ growth.
