Company: Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences LP - Sciences Electrical Engineer, Fire Investigator (Anywhere in Atlantic Canada)
- Assess, analyze and report on the origin and cause fires.
- Interview witnesses, service personnel and other local officials.
- Inspections shall include, but not be limited to, roofs, attics, crawlspaces, partially destroyed buildings, fire damaged buildings, and elevated structures.
- Recognize potential subrogation opportunities.
- Ability to climb, work at heights, and work at all temperatures is required.
- Assess the general safety of damaged fire structures.
- Lead project(s) from start to finish.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely reports.
- Assess, analyze and report on the origin and cause for electrical failures.
- Familiar with CSA, ASTM, NFPA codes and applications for a range of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- This is a site-based position.
Location & Working Conditions
- Hybrid capacity supporting field requests in New Brunswick or Nova Scotia area.
- Candidates are welcome to apply from either province.
- Billing centers are Dieppe NB & Dartmouth NS.
- Office space can be provided but some work from home is required.
- Requirements to work from our office are based on experience and manager discretion.
