Eloise is looking for an experienced and hospitality-driven Floor Manager to join our leadership team.

We’re looking for someone who loves being on the floor, understands what great hospitality feels like, and knows how to lead a team through a busy service. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, builds relationships with guests and staff, and takes pride in the details that make a restaurant run well.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor and ensure guests are well looked after
- Coach and develop servers, bartenders and support staff
- Help manage the flow and pacing of service
- Handle guest concerns with confidence, professionalism and genuine hospitality
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Ensure service standards and restaurant policies are consistently followed
- Work closely with the General Manager and culinary team
- Help create a positive,



accountable and team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations
- A genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of people
- Confident, calm and organized during busy services
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Someone who isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
- High standards, a strong work ethic and a team-first mentality
