Career

you’ll be an essential part of a highly skilled aeromedical crew, responding to critical medical emergencies and performing patient transports in fixed-wing aircraft. Working closely with nurses, physicians, and pilots, you’ll deliver advanced pre-hospital and interfacility critical care.

Deliver advanced patient care in high-stakes environments, including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and obstetric emergencies. Perform aeromedical evacuations (medevacs) and stabilize patients for transport. Conduct patient assessments and initiate critical interventions per medical protocols.

Prepare & maintain medical equipment to ensure operational readiness. Participate in ongoing training & simulations to enhance emergency response skills.

Registered Advanced Care

Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic (Registered in Canada) ~3+ years of emergency, flight, or experience ~ Air Ambulance experience (preferred but not required) ~ Valid CPR, ACLS, ITLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (Instructor status is a bonus!) ~ Ability to work in high-pressure, remote, and unpredictable environments ~ Willingness to travel on small aircraft in varied weather conditions Watch more our introductory video by clicking here: YouTube Channel At Advanced Medical Solutions, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and accessible workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
