Jabil is seeking an engineering leader to drive the startup of a new factory in Prince George, VA, focusing on large form-factor equipment and end-to-end process development. You will lead equipment selection, installation, and commissioning, and build production layouts and workflows for a safe, productive plant.

You will collaborate across R&D;, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, and mentor a growing team while delivering on schedule and cost targets for a complex manufacturing program.
