Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations across all age groups, with a focus on pediatrics and adult care.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, utilizing your hospital experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Manage medication administration, including prescribing and monitoring treatments in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Perform procedures related to pain management, home care, and other outpatient interventions as needed.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for accurate data collection, documentation, and patient record management.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care plans,



including referrals for specialized services when necessary.
- Engage in patient education initiatives to promote healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and medication adherence.

Requirements

- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Proven experience in hospital settings with a strong background in acute care environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatrics, pain management, and home care services.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Juno and Cerner is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology coupled with excellent patient care skills.
- Experience in research or quality improvement projects is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform medical procedures confidently while adhering to safety protocols.
