Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Anthonys Fashion in Saskatoon, SK. In this position, the Fashion Consultant helps customers select outfits and accessories that align with their personal style, fit, and occasion. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, providing personalized styling advice, explaining product features, and ensuring a welcoming store environment.

The Fashion

Consultant will assist with fitting rooms, coordinate looks, and offer recommendations to enhance the overall shopping experience. Additional tasks include maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, processing sales transactions,



and supporting store promotions and events while consistently delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with the ability to create cohesive looks for diverse customer preferences.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and an interest in current fashion trends and brands carried by the boutique.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide clear, respectful guidance.
- Candidates should possess outstanding Customer Service abilities, focusing on a positive, inclusive, and supportive shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, make recommendations, and close sales ethically.
- Previous experience in retail fashion or styling is beneficial, along with basic point-of-sale (POS) proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends), and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
