Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods

Experience
- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling is essential
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling roles within the food industry is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times
- Kitchen or food industry experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is key
