SE Health is hiring qualified registered nurses to provide client care under a Pay Per Visit model. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure secure transitions and high-quality outcomes.

This role requires current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
