Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards, including taking orders, delivering meals, and handling cash transactions using Micros POS or similar systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff while adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments via POS systems and providing correct change




- Ensure timely delivery of orders by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks during busy periods

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and understanding of basic math for transactions
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and food industry standards is advantageous
- Good time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables or orders simultaneously
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform kitchen-related tasks safely
- Jugo Juice Experience considered an asset
