Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, providing correct change and receipts
- Deliver friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
- Assist with food handling tasks such as stocking supplies,



maintaining inventory levels, and adhering to food industry regulations

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Restaurant or food industry experience is an asset but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
