Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food Counter Attendant/Cashier to join our vibrant food service team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, takes their orders, and ensures they enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering using Micros POS systems, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems accurately for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.




- Assist with food inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
- Follow all sanitation procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Robust time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Experience in cashiering or serving in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
