Your role involves preparing parts and applying non-metallic coatings based on customer specifications. This position will leverage your attention to detail while performing chemical preparations, mixing paint, and operating cleaning equipment to meet production standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work as directed and report quality concerns
- Plan productive use of materials to meet production goals
- Maintain production schedules and raw material inventory
- Apply coatings using hand-held spray equipment
- Clean and maintain equipment and PPE systems
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or trade school training preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP procedures preferred
