About Us

Myfone Plus Inc. operates 9 Freedom Mobile retail locations across the GTA. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full-Time Retail Sales Associates.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with Freedom Mobile plans, phones, upgrades and accessories.
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
- Process activations, upgrades and sales transactions.
- Meet individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with inventory, merchandising and store organization.

Qualifications





- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Motivated and comfortable working in a sales setting.
- Reliable, professional and able to work as part of a team.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous retail, wireless or sales experience is an asset.
