Elevate early childhood education at YMCA Massey Care and Learning Centre. This full-time role focuses on creating engaging programming for children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety and development. Join YMCA BC as a permanent Early Childhood Educator in Prince George, BC.

You will implement the Playing to Learn curriculum, build strong relationships with families, and work within a collaborative team. This position includes rotating shifts from 7:30am to 5:30pm while complying with all licensing and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality care and creative programming to children
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families
- Ensure a supportive and safe environment for all




- Deliver age-appropriate programs using the curriculum
- Maintain clean and secure program areas

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Educator (ECE) License in British Columbia
- Preferred Infant Toddler Educator (ITE) certification
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written forms
- First Aid and CPR certification required by start date
- Current Criminal Record check required prior to employment
