As a night worker, you'll interact with clients, community members, and staff to promote housing stability by providing trauma-informed support. Create meaningful connections with clients and community partners

- Serve as an approachable ambassador for the organization
- Champion positive housing outcomes through solution-focused conversations
- Complete operational tasks, including wellness checks and facility upkeep
- Partner with medical staff for client health needs Knowledge of community resources for homelessness and health
- Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C certification
