Duties

- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up dental materials to ensure efficient patient care.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including fillings, crown and bridge, roort canal treatment. Will train for dental implants and bone grating.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Manage patient records using dental software such as Dentrix , ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.




- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- We have Sterilization Tech on site , but you will be assisting in Steri when needed.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Dental Assistant with current licensure in your region.
- Proven experience with dental assisting procedures. at least 1 year of experience is required
- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care enhances communication within the team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing patient records and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
