About the Role

Myfone Plus Inc. operates 9 Freedom Mobile retail stores across the GTA. We are currently hiring Full-Time Mobile Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service and help customers choose wireless plans, devices and services that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with mobile plans, phones, upgrades and accessories.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable wireless solutions.
- Complete new activations, upgrades and other sales transactions.
- Explain promotions, pricing and available service options.
- Work toward individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of Freedom Mobile products and current offers.
- Support inventory, merchandising and general store operations.




- Maintain a professional and welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable working in a sales and target-driven environment.
- Reliable, skilled and able to work well with others.
- Interested in mobile technology and willing to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Previous retail, wireless, sales or customer-service experience is preferred.

This is an in-person retail position at a Myfone Plus Inc. / Freedom Mobile Authorized Dealer location in the GTA. Pay: $17.60-$20.50 per hour
