Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately
- Conduct product demos of convenience store items and promote upselling opportunities to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, including merchandising displays and supplies
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and resolving issues promptly
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills and phone etiquette




- Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, or refunds as needed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations and report any safety concerns immediately

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, or upselling techniques is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or cleaning
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties during busy hours
