Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to join our team as General Crew members for weekends, stat holidays, and school holidays (if applicable). This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced food service environment, supporting daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. A variety of shifts to be staffed:

-Sundays and Saturdays from 6am until 11pm (preference given to this availability)

-Friday evenings until 11pm

- Stat holidays from 6am - 11pm (preference given to this availability)
- Hours can be offered on any school holidays that may be applicable

Responsibilities





- Assist with food preparation to ensure timely and quality service during busy periods including cooking food products, creating custom beverages, making world famous fries, and wowing guests with the desserts you have prepared
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately processing orders and payment including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns both in store and in the drive thru
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, service areas and dining areas according to food safety regulations
- Support food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and serving practices

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills such as order taking techniques and food preparation methods

Pay: $18.40-$19.20 per hour
