Jimmy John's is excited to be opening a brand-new location in South Guelph and is looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the restaurant from opening day.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving operational success.

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a positive and collaborative environment.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational costs.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
- Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.
- Lead by example,



fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
- Previous management experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or quick-service industry.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience managing restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
