Alida is seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own global payroll across North America and Europe, manage advantages programs, and ensure compliance. The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, advanced Excel, and hands-on use of ADP WorkforceNow, BambooHR, and NetSuite.

Remote-friendly with preference for candidates in Toronto or Vancouver. The team is small and Agile, offering growth, robust benefits, unlimited vacation, summer Fridays, and a strong emphasis on work-life
