Key Information:

- Hours: Seasonal/project dependent. Overtime is required during the busy season.
- Must be willing to working evenings and weekends when needed.
- Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
- Health advantages, pension plan, RRSP matching, vacation pay offered.

- Ability to work safely and always stay alert to surroundings.
- Experience with other construction equipment considered an asset.
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Assist foremen of any issues or repairs required on assigned equipment.
- Physical strength, stamina and coordination to complete assigned duties.
- Ability to withstand working outside on uneven ground for long periods of time and in varying weather conditions.




- Must ensure a solid understanding of, and comply with, the principles of the company's Code of Ethics.
- Use of personal protection equipment is required.
- Must comply with the company's drug and alcohol policy, including testing requirements.
- Maintain positive company image.
- Other duties as required.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 year's experience as a grader operator.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A driver's abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date.
- CSTS 2020 or SCOT, and WHMIS 2015 required.
- You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes and produce workable solutions and work positively within a team to achieve a common goal.
- Proficient English language skills required.
- Reliable means of transportation required.
- Time management skills.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required. Golderado Contracting Corporation ("Golderado") supplies skilled labour for construction projects across Canada, primarily in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, supporting clients such as PME Inc., Silverado Site Services, and EllisDon Industrial.
