We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a passion for Italian cuisine and takes pride in preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. In this role, you will help create exceptional dining experiences while maintaining strong standards for food quality, safety,

cleanliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.

 Ensure food is prepared, handled, and stored in accordance with food safety regulations and kitchen standards.

 Assist with menu planning and meal preparation, including consideration of dietary restrictions and guest preferences.

 Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and ensure proper storage of food items.

 Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide timely service, especially during peak periods.

 Monitor ingredient and supply levels and report shortages to management.

 Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, kitchen procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Experience





 Previous experience in a restaurant or banquet kitchen is preferred.

 Knowledge of Italian cuisine and a strong foundation in meal preparation and cooking techniques.

 Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.

 Familiarity with a variety of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and food-service procedures.

 Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills in a busy kitchen environment.

 A genuine passion for cooking, quality, and creative food presentation.
