This position is based out of our Niagara Falls office, with regular travel to local work sites.

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

- Prepare and track weekly KPI updates for the Health & Safety Manager

Here’s What You Need

- 3-5 years of aggregate or construction health & safety experience

- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required for travel between sites)
- Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and industry best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable working with crews, supervisors, and committees

- Ability to conduct inspections and support incident investigations in active work environments
- Highly organized with robust attention to detail for accurate reporting and documentation
- Comfortable using safety management systems such as eCompliance

What’s in it for you

- You become part of a team you can count on
- A comprehensive total rewards package and benefits to support your wellbeing
- Leaders who support your growth and success
- Flexible work policies and strong work-life balance
