This project-based role demands expertise in mining, industrial, and heavy civil construction, particularly in the Fort McMurray oilsands. Your leadership will coach and mentor team members in best practices while maintaining a focus on safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and mentor crews in safe work practices
- Facilitate communication with Supervisors and Project Managers
- Ensure necessary materials are ordered and ready
- Conduct morning toolbox talks and site meetings
- Complete daily documentation on tools and equipment

Requirements:

- 5+ years in construction supervisory roles
- Prior mining/oilsands experience
- Robust communication skills in English
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
