Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and energetic demeanor, making them feel welcome and appreciated.
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring smooth seating arrangements.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about the menu, wait times, and special events.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and waitlists to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with basic food service tasks, clearing / table set up or guest requests as needed.




- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with food service operations or hotel industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests and team members effectively.
